This table lists UK-relevant dates, observances, and awareness days in November 2025 that can be used as themes for Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) activity sessions. Note that there are no UK bank holidays in November 2025 (St Andrew's Day is on Sunday, November 30th, with a substitute day in Scotland on Monday, December 1st).
