World Migratory Bird Day

World Migratory Bird Day celebrates the incredible journeys made by birds across the world each year. Some birds travel thousands of miles between countries and continents in search of warmer weather, food, and safe nesting places. It is a wonderful opportunity for a Cognitive Stimulation Therapy session, encouraging conversation, memory, observation skills, word association, and shared experiences of nature and the changing seasons.
