🇲🇽 CINCO DE MAYO

Cinco de Mayo is celebrated on May 5th and marks Mexico’s victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. Although it is often mistaken for Mexico’s Independence Day, it is actually a celebration of resilience, pride, and national identity. Today, it is celebrated with music, dancing, food, and colourful festivals, especially in the United States of Mexico and the city of Puebla.
