Today we're travelling, in our memories, to the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. Famous for its warm sunshine, golden beaches, Blue Mountains, reggae music and friendly welcome, Jamaica has made a remarkable contribution to Britain's culture, music, food and sporting achievements.

During today's session we'll discover fascinating facts about Jamaica, share memories, recognise famous Jamaican people, learn about the Windrush generation, celebrate the world's fastest sprinter, remember the incredible true story behind Cool Runnings, enjoy the music of Bob Marley and finish by singing some much-loved songs with Jamaican connections.
